We specialize in auto body repair and painting.
The workshop is equipped with
- 2 painting rooms.
- 2 compressors with a separate air cycle dedicated to painting. And the co-compressors are equipped with an air drying system to ensure quality.
- body straightening bench
The workshop area is over 2500m2, which allows for a continuous and efficient work flow.
Car bodywork, or as they say in the people - rihtovka
We perform auto bodywork services - body repair, welding, spotter work, stand work.
We repair cars, minibuses and vans.
The car repair shop is equipped with a body straightening bench, more commonly called a "robot", which is actually a robust platform used in car body shops for:
precise fixation of the damaged bodywork,
measuring and restoring the original geometry,
pulling deformed elements with hydraulic cylinders or chains.
Car paint shop
We paint car elements - bumper, wing, hood, door and complete painting of the car.
The painting workshop is equipped with its own paint mixing laboratory. We use QuickLine paint.
Assembly and disassembly work
To paint any element such as the bumper, fender, hood, or door, the process begins with disassembly and removal of the parts. It ends with reassembly and installation of the painted components back onto the body.
The complexity of such work may vary depending on the car model.
In most cases, during complete disassembly, additional damaged elements are discovered that need to be replaced - such as sliders and brackets.
