What do I do in case of an accident?

Make sure you're okay, check if anyone needs medical help.
Don't move the car.
While the world is experiencing the emotions, you take pictures of the accident.
To take good photos, it's better to turn on full mode (or panorama) and take photos:
- from as many angles as possible
- to capture all the cars involved in the accident in the photo
- there must be pictures showing both license plates
- also take local photos where the consequences of the impact are clearly visible
- take pictures to record if there was braking distance
- you can also make a video of the whole thing to capture all the details

If it is obvious and recognized who is at fault and you are absolutely sure that the damage to the innocent party is under 15,000 lei then you can go for the amicable camel - Initially, write a receipt in which the guilty party admits fault (the receipt specifies: the time, place and cars involved) after which you can release the roadway. Both participants go to the guilty party's insurance company, fill out the form and the claim and proceed with the compensation procedure.

If it is not clear who is at fault or if there is a risk that the damage will exceed 15,000 lei, call 112 and wait for the police to document the case.
